STROUD TOWNSHIP ZONING OFFICE POLICY
(EFFECTIVE May 15, 2006) 

Office Hours:                        12 noon to 5 p.m., Monday and Wednesday
                                               

 Answering of Phone Calls:          Same as office hours above; all calls received after office hours go to the voice-mail system; return calls will be made as soon as possible during the hours above; therefore, leave the applicable phone number to call during those hours.

 Zoning Permit Applications:       Applications can be submitted during and after office hours.  If applications are dropped-off, they must be completed and include the following:

 Checklist
      1. ___Application Fee (see zoning permit fee schedule on back of page)

      2. ___Application signed by applicant and property owner if the applicant is not the property owner

  1. ___Plot Plan to include:
    a.      ALL existing and proposed improvements
    b.     Septic, well and driveway locations
    c.     
    Distances from primary structure to proposed accessory structure(s)
    d.    
    Distances from property lines to proposed improvement
  1. ___Building Plans, if applicable
  2. ___Ground Coverage Percentage for new primary structures and/or additions to primary structures (impervious coverage divided by lot area), if applicable
  1. ___Property Identification Number (PIN #) and Property Address
  2. ___Contact phone number
  3. ___Certificate of Insurance naming Stroud Township as certificate holder if a contractor is involved
  1. ___Contract or Sales Agreement/Sales Receipt
  2. ___Driveway Permit Application, if applicable
  3. ___Building Permit Application, if applicable
  4. ___Sewer Hook-up Approval or Septic Permit, if applicable
  5. ___Structure Height
